Travel out of Carmarthen west on the A40 and just after passing B&Q take the slip road for Llansteffan. At the T Junction turn right and after a short distance turn right into Alltycnap Road. Carry on this road heading for Llangunnog for 3 miles. You will come to a left turning for Llanybri. Turn here, pass Llyn y Llawr and access to the land will soon be found on your left
